Job Description

Salary from $10 per hour (depending on experience) and 10 hours per week.

 

Supporting us with the day to day administration tasks you’ll be a vital and reliable member of our team by helping those tasks be completed. You’ll need excellent administration skills, experience of office applications and graphic design experience is highly desirable.

 

  • Provide administration support to our Event/Project Producers and to our PR person.
  • As directed create Social Media content and schedule this via our software.
  • Admin Tasks for our Social Network(s).
  • Process bookings and complete all associated admin tasks.
  • Creating web pages as directed.

 

Tantra4GayMen, one of the leading Tantra Schools both in the UK. We are at a very exciting time in our company lifecycle. Having been granted our US Visa we are seeking to grow and expand our offering into the USA. We need support to help us with a variety of office admin tasks.

 

Tantra4GayMen is dedicated to the personal, spiritual and sexual growth of men who love men through the practice of Tantra. Therefore, in applying for this role you will need to be comfortable working with content of an adult nature for gay and bisexual men. You’ll need an open mind to our work and our approach.

 

We would like someone to join us who would be an admin support to our CEO, PR, Finance, and Event & Project Producers as well as performing some day to day business as usual administration tasks. Processing bookings, scheduling social media content, book keeping, approving new social media accounts, creating web pages as directed are some of the examples of the admin assistant role.

 

You’ll need to be PC savy, with experience of using typical office software programmes and in addition experience of using a website content management system would be advantageous.  Experience of graphic design, social media scheduling tools and other office admin experience and skills would be highly advantageous.

 

Work is assigned to you via our workflow system and completed within agreed timescales.

 

Success in the role is measured through completion of the tasks on time and to an acceptable level of quality.

 

In your day to day work you will be fully supported by other members of the Tantra4GayMen team as well as regular support and meetings from the CEO.

 

There is quite a transfer of knowledge required to become fully competent in this role, therefore please only apply if you are able to offer us a minimum of 1 year. We are looking for someone to offer up to 10 hours per week, dependent upon the workload.

 

You’ll need to be able to work alongside our existing “way of doing things” to our exacting standards, but equally we welcome your creativity and ideas to do things event better.

 

Working from your own office or home you will be self-employed, paid by invoice monthly. You will need to be available for review/progress meetings vis Skype on a weekly to fortnightly basis within UK office hours.

 

You’ll need to be flexible, reliable, ability to work on your own, ability to work with direction, be creative and bring ideas to improve. You’ll have excellent communication skills both face to face and in written.

 

Skills Required

  • Experience of performing office administration tasks.
  • Good knowledge of office based PC software (i.e. email, word).
  • Good knowledge of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others) and able to implement a Social Media plan.
  • Ability to use CMS Website.
  • Follow a workflow tool that allocates work for you.
  • Need own PC/Laptop and mobile phone.
